Welcome to Memaco Skills Lab. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in the training programs (“Bootcamps”) provided by Memaco Skills Lab. By registering for, accessing, or participating in any of our Bootcamps, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not register or participate in our Bootcamps.

1. About Us

Memaco Skills Lab (“we,” “our,” “us”) is an independent training provider run by individuals based in India. We conduct beginner-friendly and skill-based online Bootcamps focusing on design and digital tools, including but not limited to AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion.

We currently provide services to participants located in Malaysia and other countries. All Bootcamps are conducted online using tools such as Google Meet for classes, and Telegram or WhatsApp for community interaction.

We do not operate as a formal educational institution, and our programs are designed for skill enhancement and practical exposure.

2. Eligibility

By registering for a Bootcamp, you confirm that you:

  1. Are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if younger.

  2. Have the necessary internet connection, device, and software access to participate.

  3. Understand that Memaco Skills Lab is not affiliated with any university, college, or government institution.

3. Registration & Confirmation

  • Registration is completed through our official communication channels or website.

  • Once you register, an executive will contact you to confirm details and guide you through the payment process.

  • Registration is complete only after payment has been received and confirmed.

4. Payment Terms

  • All course fees are specified clearly in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

  • Fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the Bootcamp.

  • No hidden charges will ever be applied.

  • Payments are one-time and specific to the Bootcamp selected.

5. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: All fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, personal scheduling conflicts, internet issues, or dissatisfaction with the course.

  • In case of cancellation or rescheduling by Memaco Skills Lab, we may offer alternative dates or credits toward a future Bootcamp at our sole discretion.

6. Delivery of Services

  • Bootcamps are delivered live through Google Meet.

  • Telegram and WhatsApp may be used for support, discussions, and updates.

  • Digital notes and materials (if applicable) will be shared via email or messaging groups.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, as sessions depend on third-party platforms’ availability and participants’ internet connections.

7. Certificate of Completion

  • A digital certificate may be provided upon successful completion of the Bootcamp.

  • Certificates are for participation and learning acknowledgment only and are not equivalent to formal academic qualifications.

8. Data Privacy

  • Memaco Skills Lab does not operate a learning app or platform and does not collect, store, or process personal data beyond what is voluntarily shared for registration (such as name, email, and WhatsApp/Telegram contact).

  • Communication takes place via third-party platforms (Google, WhatsApp, Telegram), and their respective privacy policies apply.

  • We do not sell, share, or misuse any participant information.

9. Participant Responsibilities

By joining a Bootcamp, you agree to:

  • Attend classes on time and actively participate.

  • Use your own licensed or trial versions of software, if required.

  • Maintain respectful communication within classes and community groups.

  • Not share, distribute, or misuse Memaco Skills Lab’s course materials without permission.

  • Ensure that your device, internet, and software setup are functioning for participation.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All training materials, notes, presentations, recordings, and related content remain the property of Memaco Skills Lab.

  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your personal learning.

  • Unauthorized sharing, resale, or distribution of training materials is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitations of Liability

  • Our Bootcamps are designed for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee job placement, income improvement, or professional licensing.

  • We are not responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or disruptions caused by third-party tools.

  • Participation in the Bootcamp is at your own risk. Memaco Skills Lab is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages.

12. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes or grievances must first be addressed directly to us at hello@memaco.me.

13. Amendments

Memaco Skills Lab reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be updated on our official communication channels, and your continued participation will be deemed as acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. General Provisions

  • Failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver.

  • If any part of these Terms is found invalid under Indian law, the remaining sections will continue in effect.

  • These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Memaco Skills Lab regarding the Bootcamps.
